Ligia Palacios is a Colombian American systems engineer with over 20 years of experience in the development and implementation of IT solutions for public and private sectors in Colombia. Ligia graduated from Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia. Throughout her career, she has held roles ranging from business analyst to the implementation and optimization of billing, payroll, and revenue management processes.

Ligia played a key role in strengthening SOMOS The Law Firm's administrative and financial operations since 2021. Her contributions not only optimized internal processes but also improved the team's overall efficiency and service quality.
