Katia Rocha

Katia Rocha is a U.S. and Brazilian attorney and Partner at Quatro Law. With over 20 years of international experience, she combines legal knowledge with empathy and strategic thinking to guide individuals and businesses through the complexities of immigration and cross-border matters.

Before joining Quatro, Katia co-founded SOMOS The Law Firm, where she built a modern, client-centered practice dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and professionals pursue opportunities in the United States. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade as Latin America Counsel for a Fortune 500 company, leading regional legal initiatives in corporate, commercial, and compliance areas. She began her legal journey in Brazil, both at law firm and as an In-House Counsel, advising companies on complex contracts and international transactions.

Katia holds an LL.M. in Transnational Law from the University of Miami School of Law and is licensed to practice in New York and Brazil. Having lived and worked across different cultures, she understands firsthand the challenges of building a life and career abroad—and uses that perspective to provide thoughtful, practical guidance to her clients.

Fluent in Portuguese and English, and conversational in Spanish and German, Katia approaches her work with empathy, clarity, and a results-oriented mindset. At Quatro Law, she leads the Immigration Practice and is dedicated to helping immigrants and international clients find practical solutions, overcome challenges, and move forward with confidence through every stage of their legal journey.
